Beef Chili:

120g extra lean ground beef (90–95%)

2 tbsp finely diced onion

½ cup canned diced tomatoes (with juice)

¼ cup kidney beans

¼ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp chili powder

¼ tsp cumin

¼ tsp smoked paprika

Pinch cocoa powder

⅛ tsp salt

⅛ tsp pepper

Fries:

200g russet/yellow potato (cut into fries)

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp onion powder

¼ tsp black pepper

¼ tsp paprika

Low-Cal White Sauce:

¼ cup (60g) 0% Greek yogurt (I used @oikos for their creamy texture and taste)

2 tsp light mayonnaise (I used @hellmansmayonnaise)

Squeeze of a lemon

⅛ tsp salt

Pinch pepper

Pinch garlic powder

Topping/Garnish:

¼ cup (30g) light cheddar (I used @armstrongcheese light mozzarella), sliced jalapeños, diced onions, parsley

Instructions:

Cook ground beef with onions, tomatoes, kidney beans, and seasonings on medium heat for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.

Cut potatoes into fries and air fry at 375°F for 15 mins (or oven bake at 400°F for 20 mins) with seasonings.

Drizzle white sauce and/or sriracha sauce and enjoy!
