One of my all-time favorite soups! Followed the Mediterranean Dish recipe, pasted below, EXCEPT: I deviated by adding pan-seared (EVOO) za’atar seasoned chicken breast, extra cannellini beans, extra broth and water, extra garlic, and 1 tsp of turmeric. Served with a glass of Pinot Grigio 😎
