This wild boar was taken at the blueberry fields. I have never gutted an animal and had that smell make me hungry. THE OPPISET TO BE HONEST. She smelled like blueberry jam while gutting it.
Every bit of her has been fatty, and delicious 😋!
I had to share this with someone because I am impressed with my self this time on how this bacon turned out.
Smoked with mesquite over 3 hours, rested over night, and I think I am have a heart attack because I CANNOT STOP EATING THIS HEAVENLY BACON!

I had wild boar blueberry breakfast sausage and it actually tasted better the day after I cooked, opposed to the day I cooked it.
