INGREDIENTS
* 1/2 cup **coconut flour**
* 1/4 cup **almond flour**
* 3 cups frozen mixed berries
* 1/2 cup melted butter **or coconut oil**
* 1/2 cup **Sweetener
* 1 tbsp lemon juice
* 1 tsp **baking powder**
* 1 tbsp lemon zest
* 1/4 tsp **xanthan gum**
* 1 tsp ground cinnamon
* 1/4 tsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS
* Preheat oven to 375F/190C. Spray a 9×5″ baking pan with cooking spray or grease with butter.
* In a medium mixing bowl, add frozen mixed berries, sweetener, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Stir until combined.
* Pour the berry mixture into the prepared baking pan.
* In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut flour, almond flour, xanthan gum, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
* Sprinkle the flour mixture over the berries. Gently shake the pan to distribute evenly.
* Pour melted butter over the top of the flour mixture.
* Bake for 35-40 minutes in the preheated oven until the berry filling looks bubbly and the top is golden brown.
* Serve with homemade keto whipped cream or your favorite vanilla low carb ice cream.
