Pan Seared Kagoshima Wagyu Strip Steak With Sockeye Salmon

I cooked this recipe for a Kagoshima A5 Wagyu Strip steak on my trip to the outer banks. Came out AWESOME!!!! I paired with Sockeye Salmon, Squash, Broccoli. Delish!
