Ingredients:
200 gr zuccini
10 egg yolks ( or 4 egg )
1 full tbsp sour cream
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp sweetener (erythritol/stevia mix)
3 tbsp coconut flour
2 tbsp flaxseed flour
2 tbsp almond flour

Filling:
100 gr poppy seeds
1 tbsp sweetener and 3 tbsp water
(mix in blender)

Instructions:
Mix the zucchini and eggs in a blender until puree, then add baking powder, sweetener, vanilla extract and flour, mix everything and set aside for 30 minutes.
Prepare the filling, blend the poppy seeds, sweetener and water.
Grease a baking dish with butter and lay out the first layer of dough, top with the filling, then put the remaining dough and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees celsius.
