Ingredients:
10 egg whites
Flaxseed flour 10-11 tbsp (depend on egg size)
4 tsp baking powder
Pinch salt
1/2 tsp lemon juice
30 ml apple cider vinegar
80 ml olive oil (or butter or coconut oil)

Instructions:
Mix 5 egg whites with flaxseed flour, baking powder, salt and apple cider vinegar. Mix well to form a dough and add the olive oil.
In a separate bowl, mix 5 egg whites with a pinch of salt and lemon juice until stiff.
Fold the mixed egg white into the dough mixture and place in a baking form.
Bake for 25-30 minutes @ 180°C.
Form size used: 20 x 11 x 5 cm.
