Ingredients:
6 eggs,
300ml full cream milk,
20g butter,
Pinch of salt.

Instructions:
Mix the eggs and milk in a bowl, do not use a mixer or blender. Wisk until smooth and add a pinch of salt. Grease a baking form with the butter, pour the egg mixture in the form and bake in a preheated oven @ 180 degrees celsius for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy as a healthy light breakfast.
