Ingredients:
12 egg whites
80g Coconut flour
4 tsp baking powder (16g)
Pinch salt
1/2 tsp lemon juice
30 ml apple cider vinegar
100 ml olive oil (or butter or coconut oil)
Instructions:
Mix 6 egg whites with coconut flour, baking powder, salt, coconut oil and apple cider vinegar. Mix well to form a dough.
In a separate bowl, mix 6 egg whites with lemon juice until stiff.
Fold the mixed egg white into the dough mixture and place in a baking form.
Bake for 25-30 minutes @ 180°C.
Form size used: 20 x 11 x 5 cm.
