A Italian creamy dessert of espresso-soaked ladyfingers surrounded by lightly sweetened whipped cream and a rich mascarpone.

Ingredients:
For the Cream:
3 eggs,
1/2 tsp lemon juice,
Pinch of salt,
1 tbsp sweetener
250-300 grams of mascarpone
1/2 teaspoon alcohol

Directions:
Separate the yolks and egg whites,
In a mixing bowl, combine the egg whites, lemon juice and salt. Mix. Add 1/2 tbsp sweetener, continue to mix until the whites are very stiff. Set aside.
In separate bowl, combine the yolks and 1/2 tsp sweetener. Mix well.
Add the mascarpone to the yolk mixture and mix.

Optional, add the alcohol, whisky recommended.
Fold the yolk mixture into the egg white.
Dip your biscuits into freshly made coffee.

In a serving glass, layer your biscuits with the cream.
