For this recipe you will need:

Ingredients, (2 Servings)
Medium onion,
Clove garlic,
200g beef mince,
200g cabbage,
5 button mushrooms,
3 eggs,
3tbs yogurt or sour cream,
25g flaxseed meal,
Salt and pepper,
Sesame seeds (optional).

Method:

Sauté the onion and mushrooms. Add the mince and garlic. Continue to fry till the mince starts to brown. Add the cabbage, mix through and season to taste. Continue frying till the cabbage is crisp-tender, approximately for minutes on medium heat. Remove from heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, yogurt, pinch of salt and flaxseed meal. Mix together into a batter. Add the fried mince/cabbage and mix through. Spoon mixture into a baking form. Sprinkle with cheese of your choice. A cheddar variety is recommended.
Bake in a preheated oven @ 180°C for 20 minutes.
