Keto Chicken Pizza with a twist.
Base ingredients:
200g Chicken Breast,
200g Cauliflower,
2 Eggs,
Tsp Salt,
Tsp Garlic Powder,
Tsp Paprika,
Tsp Italian Herbs.
Topping ingredients:
70g Blue Cheese,
70g Gouda Cheese, (or Cheddar)
120g Mozzarella Cheese,
3 Tbsp Sour Cream,
Basil.
Method:
Combine the chicken and cauliflower and blend into a pulp consistency. Add the eggs and spices and mix well. Spread onto baking tray covered with parchment paper, or use a silicone form.
Bake for 20-25 minutes @ 180°C.
For the topping, finely chop or grate the cheese. Add the sour cream and mix. Spread over base and bake till cheese has melted. Sprinkle with fresh basil. Enjoy.
