Ingredients
200g ricotta,
3 eggs,
vanilla extract,
1/2 tablespoon sweetener,
1 tablespoon coconut flour,
30g butter,
a pinch of salt.
Method:
Separate the egg yolks and whites.
In a bowl, combine the ricotta, egg yolks, sweetener, vanilla extract and coconut flour.
Mix the egg whites in a separate bowl with a pinch of salt until stiff.
Combine the whites and ricotta mixture and mix everything together.
Fry on medium heat in a preheated skillet for 2 minutes on each side.
Serve with yogurt and berries and enjoy.
