Ingredients:
900ml milk,
3 eggs
200g sour cream 20% fat,
Spices as per personal taste. I used:
1/2 tsp salt,
1/2 tsp smoked paprika,
1/2 tsp fenugreek,
1/2 tsp dry tomato powder.
Method:
Mix the eggs, sour cream and spices in a bowl.
Boil the milk.
Pour the egg mixture into the boiling milk, stir continuously till curds form.
Strain the cheese mass into a colander, I used a coffee filter to line the colander. You can also use cheese cloth.
Place a lid on the cheese and weigh down with a heavy object. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
