Ingredients:
pork belly 1/2 kg,
onion peel 1 cup,
1/2 onion,
6 cloves of garlic,
Spices: Salt 1 tablespoon,
1 tsp peppercorns,
1/2 tsp smoked paprika,
1 tsp coriander,
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg,
bay leaf 2-3 pcs,
Water 1 l.
Method:
1) Put some of the onion peel on the bottom of the pot,
2) Place the pork belly on top, add the coarsely chopped onion and crushed garlic cloves, then add all the seasoning and 1l of water and cover everything with the remaining onion peel,
3) Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for approximately 1 hour,
4) Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 5-7 hours,
5) Remove from the refrigerator, dry off the remaining sauce and enjoy.
