Ingredients:
100 grams of flax seeds (grind 50g into meal, leave 50g whole)
2 eggs
1 tablespoon olive oil

Salty option:
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon of cumin

Sweet option
1 tsp cocoa
1/2 tsp stevia

Method:
Mix eggs with flax seeds and add olive oil.
Split the mixture in 2 parts. Add the salty and sweet ingredients to each part.
Place mixture on baking paper and bake @180 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
