On the advice of this sub, I’m trying to minimise insoluble fiber consumption while maximising soluble. This is difficult as I can’t track either in Cronometer. Does anyone know of a tool or database of soluble/insoluble fiber content in foods that I can use to add up how much of each type I’m eating every day?
