Ingredients :

Cauliflower 1/2 kg

5 eggs

250-300 grams of pickles

Spring onions 100 grams

For the sauce, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of sour cream, 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise.

Additionally for the cauliflower broth:

1 teaspoon mustard seeds

1/2 tablespoon salt

1 bay leaf

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Process :

Remove the florets from the cauliflower head. Add mustard seeds, bay leaves, salt and lemon juice to the cauliflower water. Put on fire, boil for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and cool under cold water.

Finely chop 2 cloves of garlic

Chop 100 grams spring onion

Chop 250-300 grams pickled cucumbers

Quarter 5 boiled eggs

In a bowl, mix eggs, cauliflower and cucumbers. Separately make the sauce. To the garlic, add: 1 tablespoon sour cream and 1 tablespoon mayonnaise and mix everything.

Add the sauce and spring onions and mix everything together.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
