**Ingredients:**
* 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
* 2 Cherry Tomatoes, halved
* 1 Green Onions, chopped
* Salt
* ¼ tsp Cayenne
* 2 Tbsp Almond Milk
* 1 Egg
* 2 Tbsp Cheddar Cheese, grated
**Instructions:**
1. Prepare all the ingredients
2. Grease the bowl with olive oil
3. Add all the ingredients and mix until well combined.
4. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and microwave for 1 minute.
5. Serve while still hot.
