I made the linked Pumpkin cheesecake mousse recipe.
After I tasted it, I realized I was looking for something that was much more the consistency of a mousse.
A traditional fluffy mousse.
2 questions
1) has anyone tried a Recipe and had a turn out just like a traditional fluffy moose?
Ex: I’d like to try chocolate mousse next
2) is there anything I can do with what I’ve already made for that pumpkin cheesecake mousse that would make it fluffier
