I never tried this recipe before but I’m interested in attempting to try it out. The only ingredients I want to alter is the eggs and hemp sees oil. The problem is that I already use up eggs for my breakfast (I eat 3 eggs a day). I’m aware of using gelatin water mixtures, chia eggs , Flax eggs, aqafaba extract etc. But how does one specifically substitute the additional egg yolk in doughs? Ideas/suggestions would be appreciated ?
