Breakfast buns. A very easy and delicious recipe. Great idea for food on the go.

Ingredients:
60 grams of ground almonds,

40 grams of ground flax seeds,

1 tsp baking powder,

3 eggs,

100 grams of high fat plain yogurt (or sour cream),

1 tablespoon olive oil,

150 grams of Gouda or Cheddar cheese,

100 grams salami sausage,

2 stems of spring onions,

2 stalks fresh rosemary,

2 cloves of garlic (can be replaced with 1 teaspoon of dried garlic),

A pinch of salt,

1 tsp whole grain mustard

Method:

Combine the almond flour, flaxseed meal, salt and baking powder and mix.

Add the eggs, high-fat yogurt or sour cream, and olive oil.

Mix everything until thick and smooth.

Add cheese and fold into a dough.

Add the sausage, spring onion, rosemary and garlic and mix thoroughly.

Place the buns onto a lined baking tray. Use 1 tbsp scoop per bun.

Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes.

Your buns are ready. Delicious with butter and coffee.
