Easy, creamy super-fast chocolate keto dessert. It takes minutes to prepare, and you can eat it warm or cold.
Ingredients List:
500 ml heavy cream (36% fat)
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 egg yolks
1 tbsp sweetener ( I used erythritol)
100g 99% dark chocolate
100ml whipped cream, for serving
Fresh strawberries
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a heat proof bowl, combine the heavy cream, vanilla extract, egg yolks and sweetener. Whisk the ingredients together.
Place the bowl over a saucepan with simmering water (Steam-bath). Stir the mixture for 5 to 10 minutes, when warm, add the chocolate, continue stirring until the chocolate has completely melted into the cream.
Pour the mixture into four ramekins. Place the ramekins in a baking tray and pour warm water into the tray. The water should be level with the chocolate in the ramekins.
Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 35 to 40 minutes @ 180°C until set.
Enjoy with some freshly whipped cream and fresh strawberries for a garnish.
