This is a comparison of 3 Online Recipes for Keto Buns using Psyllium Husk as a main ingredient.
My favorite is the cheese bun. It is very soft and resembles regular bread.
Method:
The process is very simple.
Mix all the ingredients together, roll into a bun shape and place on parchment paper.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
Bake for 40 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius.
Ingredients:
1st Recipe: (Cheese Bun)
70 gram cream cheese, (I used feta cheese)
1 egg,
1 tsp vinegar,
1 tbsp psyllium husk,
1/2 tsp baking powder.
2nd Recipe: (Using Coconut Flour)
2 tbsp coconut flour,
1 tbsp psyllium husk,
1/2 tsp baking powder,
1/2 tbsp vinegar,
Salt,
1 tbsp olive oil,
9 tbsp varm water.
3rd Recipe (This recipe don’t work)
1 tbsp psyllium husk,
1/2 tsp baking powder,
1/2 tsp vinegar,
1 egg,
1/2 tbsp olive oil.
