I am basically trying to make chocolate hazelnut spread from powder ingredients as follows:

– [Powdered Hazelnut Butter](https://pbandme.ca/collections/powdered-hazelnut-butters/products/pb-me-powdered-hazelnut-butter-no-sugar-added-184g-new)

– Cacao Powder

– Protein Powder Vanilla Flavored( whey or [Vega Sport](https://myvega.ca/collections/protein-powders/products/vega-sport-protein?variant=6848852000826) )

I am mixing these ingredients in equal parts of weight (10 grams each)

I need water to mix and “activate” the hazelnut butter.

I am also adding MCT oil and Hazelnut Oil for fat and texture, since it gives it a a creamy texture.

I have a couple of questions:

1. What protein powder do you think would work best between the ones I mentioned

2. What is the the best quantity of Hazelnut and MCT oil to add?
