Delicious real bread. Of all the keto bread recipes, this one tastes
the most like regular bread.

Ingredients:

100 gram almond flour, (I just ground raw almonds in a coffee grinder)

20 gram psyllium husk,

6 gram baking powder,

A pinch of salt,

3 egg whites,

10 gram apple cider vinegar,

175 ml hot water.

Process:

Mix all dry ingredients together.

Add the egg whites and vinegar, mix everything again.

Add boiling water in small portions and mix everything thoroughly.

Place tablespoon sized buns on baking paper, or increase size for larger buns. (Moisten hands with water to make handling the dough easier)

Bake at 175 degrees C, for 50 minutes. Do the toothpick test if you are making larger buns.
