**Ingredients**

* 1/2 Cup of almond flour
* 1/2 Cup of coconut floor
* 1/2 Cup of melted butter
* 1/4 cup of shredded coconut
* 3 tablespoons of cream cheese
* 15 oz sour cream
* 1 tablespoon of stevia
* 2 tablespoons of pure vanilla extract
* 4 medium eggs
* Little sliced strawberries for serving

**Directions**

1 – Preheat the oven to 300°

2 – grease the springform pan and cover the edges and the bottom with foil.

**The Crust**

1 – In a bowl, mix the butter, flour, and coconut together.

2 – Put the mix in the pan and press into the bottom and the sides of the pan.

3 – Put the pan in the fridge.

**The Filling**

1 – In a bowl, beat the sour cream, cheese cream, stevia, and vanilla together.

2 – Add eggs and keep on beating and mixing.

3 – Spread the mix evenly over the crust.

4 – Put the cheesecake in a deep roasting pan and put the pan in the middle of the oven.

5 – Let in the oven for one hour

6 – Turn off the oven but leave the pan inside for 1 hour.

7 – Take off the foil and put it in the fridge to cool for a few hours.

8 – Serve the cheesecake with slices of strawberries
