I don’t know if anyone else needs this [flowchart](https://imgur.com/gallery/VT1t4PT) I made, but I have a huge problem with forgetting to eat all day then binge-eating until I’m sick at night. Munchies have also been a big problem since I started treating my chronic pain with cannabis. My brain works in flowcharts so I thought this might get me to stop and think about how I’m feeling before I eat something. I’ve been trying to work on my eating disorder and general eating habits for the last year, and I like to try posting little reminders to myself throughout the house to stop and think before I do things.

But, yeah. Feel free to smother this in tape on your fridge door if you’re like me.
