This bread texture resembles 99% like wholemeal bread with only **1.1g net carb per slice**! Super simple with no rocket science ingredients. using just egg whites, flaxseed powder and psyllium as main ingredients. The rest, you know, all the baking stuffs necessity like baking powder. **No gluten, no nut, allergen free** and won’t give you stomach upset 🙂 The bread toasted so well and it’s so **crispy**.
I don’t know about you but one of the things i crave the most when adopting keto lifestyle is bread!!! I’ve attempted million times to try recreate so many different bread but they turn out to be eggy, cakey and so dense. I thought I never had it again. I refuse to use vital wheat gluten as I can’t really tolerate gluten. So the only chance I have is to use psyllium husk and flaxseed powder. But after so many attempts and troubleshooting, I finally get this right!
