Cooking for one person (me), don’t have a lot of storage space to freeze them, have time to cook them weeknights but not do a lot of prep. Any ideas on how to meal prep this? It’s mainly the dough I am struggling with. I want to use premade dough to make things easier. Might use this [recipe](https://themintytomato.com/cast-iron-pizza-with-store-bought-dough/) or similar one but for those unfamiliar this is a good basic one.
