I followed a recipe to made this great brothy soup, except it made 20 cups, and it’s only me to eat it! While it’s delicious and healthy, I’m already sick of eating the same thing. I have frozen it into small portion sizes but any ideas on what to do with it and/or mixing it with other things to make a new dish?
Recipe: 2 cups each of diced carrots, parsnips, onions, turnips, mushrooms, leeks, cabbage, green beans
Boiled with broth/water & the following spices: bay leaf, sage, thyme, rosemary, black pepper, sea salt
