I prefer to make my chocolate from scratch since the keto chocolate is pretty expensive. I found this chips recipe [https://alldayidreamaboutfood.com/homemade-sugar-free-chocolate-chips-low-carb-and-gluten-free/](https://alldayidreamaboutfood.com/homemade-sugar-free-chocolate-chips-low-carb-and-gluten-free/) and make into bars (amazon silicone molds). I like to add 1/2 tsp orange extract, 1 blob of sunflower lecithin and 1 cup mixed nuts/seeds/coconut.
Carolyn’s recipe:
3 oz cocoa butter
2 oz unsweetened chocolate
1/2 cup powdered swerve (I cut this back.. 30g for me)
2/3 cup cocoa powder (66 grams)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (I prefer orange extract)
Melt cocoa, chocolate and sweetener in a double boiler pot. Take off heat and add lecithin, extract and nuts. Smooth into molds and set in a cool spot to set.
I get \~ 4 x 100 gram bars (depending on what I add)
