Hi everyone! Currently mulling about on how can I use my sous vide setup to meal prep more, however, I was wondering should I get another appliance to complement it, which would be the best option between the two, an Instant Pot or an [air fryer oven?](https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/best-air-fryer-oven)

If it helps, I’m Asian, so I like my rice meals a lot, however, I want to keep my meals as low calorie as possible (I try to stay 1600 calories or under) and on the times that I do get to bake, I enjoy it very much. One sad thing that I can’t really take advantage is getting cheap cuts of meat to work for me since I can’t really sous vide overnight (personal reasons), hence why I’m considering an Instant Pot plus its one pot recipes.

I’ll appreciate all of your inputs! Also, sous vide meal prep ideas would be appreciated as well!
