What do the low/no added salt people have to say about [this paper](https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/21036373/) ?

I quit adding salt to my food recently because of the recommendation by Michael Greger and now I feel weird. Then I started googling about it and found that paper and also lots of anecdotes too of people not feeling too right on a low sodium diet.
