## Ingredients and supplies

* 3 eggs
* 2 tsp baking powder
* 2 dl / 1 cup grated cheese
* 2 dl / 1 cup ground sunflower seeds
* Salt
* Baking paper

## How to cook

1. Preheat the oven to 175 °C / 350 °F
2. Grind the sunflower seeds with a blender and put the flour in a pot.
3. Mix the flour with salt and baking powder carefully.
4. Crack the eggs to a big bowl and mix them up.
5. Add the mixed dry ingredients to the same bowl with the eggs and mix them up.
6. Lift the dough on a baking paper on an oven sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes depending on the size of the breads. Let them cool down for a minute and add anything you like.
