Just how are round, same-size ‘ham steaks’ manufactured? I just had one (with eggs) for breakfast – and wondered how these are made. Am I correct that they are the offcuts of ‘real’ ham-steaks, pressed together and then cured / cooked? Won’t stop me eating them – but I just wondered ..
