Lost my job, so to keep me from going crazy every meal is 110%(chef) BBQ pork bahn mi for lunch. Pickled carrots and daikon, smoked the pork, made the pâté and even baked the sourdough baguette. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Keeps the panic attacks at bey. Maybe I’ll make the sauce tomorrow. Got a good recipe? Or a job?
