Chicken Thigh recipe | pan fry first and cook the chicken thigh
Ingredients: (Serves 4) – 4 tbsp Oil – Chicken – 1 tsp Ginger Paste – 1 tsp Garlic Paste – 2 Tomatoes(chopped) – 1 tsp Cumin Seed Powder – 1 tbsp Coriander Seed Powder – 1/2 Turmeric Powder – 1 tbs Red Chilli Powder – Salt – Water – 1 Onion(chopped) – 1 Green Chilli(chopped) – mint Leaves(chopped)
Method: 1. Heat oil in a Tawa/griddle/frying pan 2. Once the oil is heated, fry the marinated chicken over a high flame for around 5 minutes, until it turns brown 4. Add roughly chopped tomatoes, and saute them till the tomatoes turn soft and mushy 5. Now, add cumin seed powder, coriander seed powder, turmeric powder, and red chili powder and saute it 6. Reduce the flame to medium, so the spices don’t burn, and now, add salt. If the chicken goes dry, you can add half a cup of water to it 10. Mix it well; Add chopped mint leaves from the top and serve it
