You are going to start with your crust. I use our keto bread recipe.

Ingredients

* 1 cup Almond flour
* 3 cups Mozzarella cheese (only 1 cup for crust)
* 1 cup Mexican blend cheese
* 2 large eggs
* 1tsp Xanthum Gum
* Marinara Sauce
* Pizza toppings of choice

Mix Almond flour, 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, Mexican blend cheese, eggs, and Xantham Gum in large bowl until well combined. 

Preheat oven to 420\*

Spray your pie pan lightly with cooking spray. I prefer glass pie pans. The keto dough does not stick as easily to it. Line the pan with your dough. 

Be sure to form the edges of the dough up the walls of your pie pan. This will create a nice deep crust. Spray and place a layer of contact paper on top of dough. Press a pan into the center of crust.

Bake in oven for 15 minutes. 

Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes. Remove top pan and contact paper carefully. Try not to separate portions of the crust. 

Fill your pizza with whatever toppings you like. Pictured is: Pepperoni, Salami, Mushrooms, Sausage, and Jalapenos. Top with Mozzarella Cheese. Spread a layer of Marinara sauce on top. 

Bake for 30 minutes. 

Let set for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
