Something that a lot of vegetarians don’t like to talk about is that a vegetarian diet can be worse for the environment than being flexitarian.

If you drop meat and replace the calories with dairy you are likely doing more harm than good, unless the meat was red meat.

I’m fully plant based a majority of the time, but eat meat once a week or so. My footprint is likely lower than most vegetarians who eat cheese and other dairy products daily.
