Hey everyone, apologies if this is a common topic. I would appreciate any advice people have for me on what I’m doing wrong with my meals. I cook often and like to make varied meals so I’m not just eating the same thing over and over.
This week I made a quinoa/chickpea/feta/pistachio salad that was delicious but just a few hours later I’m starving again. I measured out each ingredient and logged it in a food tracking app. I ate lunch at 12pm but was starving for dinner by 4:30pm.

This seems to happen every time I meal prep vegetarian meals that don’t focus heavily on eggs and cheese. Am I missing something crucial from the diet? By the end of the week I am so weak/hungry I end up craving McDonald’s seemingly for the fat/protein and on period weeks it’s even worse (I am 125lbs, 5’5” and very active if that matters)
