Hi everybody:

small premise: I will seek out the customer care of the procut I’m using tomorrow.

I own an Haier wine fridge ([https://www.haier-europe.com/it\_IT/cantine-vino/34004216/hws49ga/](https://www.haier-europe.com/it_IT/cantine-vino/34004216/hws49ga/)) bought in Dec 2020. Have been very satisfied with the product overall, doesn’t struggle at all to keep the temperature (it actually stays lower than set, so I set it a little bit higher). Humidity when I first installed it was a bit low (50 +) so i put a small plate with water at the bottom, waited a couple days, removed it and then it kept running in the 60 – 70% range.

It’s placed a a good envirorment in a basement, decent amount of airflow, temps range from 18 C during winter nights to 25 c during summer days. It’s not over filled with bottles, I only added an extra wooden shelf. Used to have some small “humidity control” packs on the shelves but I removed them some times ago cause they were technically expired and didn’t notice a difference. Clearence from wall is well above suggested, It’s also levelled on the ground.

In April it leaked some water (not much) for the first time, I just cleaned up and thought nothing of it.

Yasterday it leaked again, significative amount, and at that point it hasn’t been opened for several days (I’d say I usually open it once a week on avg).

I turned off the wine fridge, dryed the floor, opened to check if there was some dirt on the gasket (as it was suggested online, didn’t find anything signficant) and moved around a couple bottles cause they were a pointed a bit close to the glass door. Slid it again in place, reattached the power.

This evening (few hours ago) i reopened it for 30 secs to place the temp monitor, and couple hours later i opened it again for less than 60 secs to pick up a bottle. 30 minutes ago it leaked again, good amount of water.

Do you have any idea about why might this happen? Any trubleshooting suggestion? Thanks in advance
