I dislike cooking, so I like to cook like 8 portions at a time and refrigerate in air tight containers, but I obviously can’t do this with everything.
A mediterranean pasta salad is good for this, since its ingredients stay good for a while in the fridge and tastes good when cold and so is the following recipe for the same reason: https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/10minute-couscous-salad. The pesto with the couscous and the white wine vinegar in these recipes also keep the couscous and pasta from getting dry in the fridge.
I’m more interested in carb meals. Do any of you guys have any recommendations? Thanks.
