I’m trying out a new vegan diet and I’m concerned I’m eating too much fat in relation to carbs and protein? My goal is sustainable weight loss while also maintaining some muscle mass. Currently running for caloric deficit, but looking to add more activities in the future (i.e. BJJ and weight lifting)
