Very nutritious oatmeal bars to provide an energy boost.

Mix – 2 Cups of Oats, 1.5 Cups of Oat flour, 3/4 cup apple sauce, 1/2 cup organic brown sugar, 3 Tbsp of sunflower & pumpkin seeds, 1/2 tsp of lemon juice, 1/2 tsp of nutmeg, 1 tsp of cinnamon and 1 tsp of nutmeg. Mix together and spread on greaseproof paper and oven bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 180c. Once baked cut into bars and enjoy or freeze.
