Both sides of bread are slabbed with a kewpie Mayo/mustard/Buffalo sauce mix, topped with spring mix, thin sliced tomatoes and onions, and breaded chicken cutlet with white cheddar and more saucy mix. I don’t have any good deli peppers to add, otherwise those would join the party.
