Help!

I’ll be proposing at a very special spot to my girlfriend and I in about a month. Unfortunately there’s not a lot of options for restaurants near by for after because it’s in her home town.

I’d like to have a white wine of some sort (or a fruit wine- we’re just not big red drinkers) waiting at the table when we get to our dinner, could be any of the champagne /sparkling varieties or a flat white that’s truly unique.

Would anyone have a strong recommendation off this wine list? Ideally under 400 a bottle but I could afford a 600-750 bottle if it is something truly special and worth drinking it
