Passed my WSET Level III exam so decided to treat myself out last night. GF out of town so I was solo. Looked at their half bottle list and found this gem.
Notes: Pale tawny color. Aromas of burnt caramel, dried cherry, stewed cherry, damp forest floor, ripe strawberry, white pepper. Medium dry. High acid. Medium- tannin. High alcohol. Medium body. Extremely long, pleasant finish. Absolutely beautiful wine!
