Mac and Cheese powder base used as the shake part:
3/4 cup Nutritional Yeast
1/2 cup flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp smoked paprika
2 tsp salt
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp lemon pepper
1/2 tsp turmeric
Firm tofu is pressed and cubed. Put in container with a lid with some of the Mac and Cheese powder and toss to coat well. I air fried it at 400 for 8 minutes and decided it was taking too long so then I set it at 450 for 10 more minutes.
Fresh from baking, the inside was still very soft and tofu like. However the leftovers became the best consistency and the flavor seemed to meld through more.
Will be making this often!!!
