Red Wine flight at Cooper’s Hawk in Tampa was kinda dissapointing. The cab sauv smelt like Port and tasted like Welch’s, the Pinot Noir head heavy volatile acidity and just smelt like nail polish. We enjoyed the Rioja quite a bit, but it should be fuller body than it was. Petite Syrah was also thin.
